Another problem that people commonly face are colds. Although science has not yet pinpointed the actual cause of this illness, there are many that believe that stress is the number one culprit.

Since those that are stressed are not able to get that much sleep, the only thing to do is to make up for it. Since it takes awhile before the colds go away, you should drink lots of liquid such as water, orange juice or chicken soup.
